For all returns, no matter how many items are in the return, the fee is $4.95. This flat shipping & handling fee covers labor and material costs, packaging and restocking fees, and may exceed the actual cost paid by NaturalBeing to its carrier to send the item(s) back to NaturalBeing.
We generally refund the amount for the items you purchased, minus applicable shipping and handling fees, to the original payment method you used (e.g., Visa or PayPal). Please note that we apply the refund to the original payment method rather than providing store credit.
